GIGASPORT ON-LINE BOOKING SYSTEM

As of September 20th, 2007 Queensview started to use an on-line booking system and has partnered with GigaSports.com to implement an online court reservation system.

To establish the database, those Queensview members who play squash & want to be able to book courts, are requested to submit their name, membership numbers, a contact number & an e-mail address (see note 3 below).  

To get your booking account, please send the above information to:

A welcome letter email will be sent by the GigaSports server to the requesting members email address containing the username and a temporary password.

                                                                    Notes:
1.    Please allow for up to two business days for the new account to be set up once all the required information is provided.  Certain circumstances may arise when it may take longer.
2.    We will expect members to do their own on-line booking, no bookings for squash courts can be taken at the front desk. To facilitate the booking process when in the club, there is a computer located outside of the squash office with access to the new booking system.
3.    We have been seeing many of the initial membership details being blocked when members use their Corporate email address'. If this happens the member may have to ask for their access information to be resent manually from the club. This can usually be avoided if the member uses their home email address.

GUEST POLICY FOR GOODLIFE QUEENSVIEW SQUASH.

 Any GoodLife Queensview member can book a guest in to play squash at GoodLife Queensview club on line during non peak playing hours (times designated in black).  GoodLife members may book a guest in to play squash during peak playing hours once a  month.  To book a guest in to play squash during peak playing hours (times designated in red), the member must contact the GoodLife Queensview squash professional who will then book the court.  The guest’s name & telephone numbers must be provided to book the court.
